The first seminar of the 2026 CIDMI Seminar Series featuring guest speakers Joy Okoro, CIDMI Seed Grant 2025 Awardee, and Dr. Joel Ernst, Professor at DEM, was a wonderful success.
Hosted as part of the Division of Experimental Medicine (DEM) Seminar Series, the talks were engaging and highly informative:

Dr. Joel Ernst – Understanding TB Immunity: One Movie Is Worth 1,000 Pictures
The seminar highlighted innovative approaches to understanding tuberculosis immunity and host–pathogen interactions, and the audience greatly appreciated the insights shared by both speakers.
